Erik Von Lehmann definitely has a few preferred angles when it comes to drawing female heroes, but something about his style is undeniably awesome. I really like the perspective of his Wonder Woman redesign and Batgirl, and the first thing his Supergirl made me think of was (no joke) the Birth of Venus. Maybe it's the hair? The more-voluptuous-than-usual-ness?
