Fallout games have a distinct lack of nakedness without mods. No matter how hard you try, you can't get the Lone Wanderer to loot a fellow Wastelander's final bit of dignity. Lucky for you, Charlotte Soileh is more than willing, and she doesn't have to steal or raid a corpse to do it. Her Fallout ladies are very much alive, and apparently like to blow things up, read comics, and stare at computers for hours on end... just like us.
