As far as Catwoman covers go, no one tops Adam Hughes. His work on Catwoman volume 3 spanned from issues #44 to #83 and resulted in some of the best Catwoman covers ever created.
Come September he'll be doing it again starting with Batgirl #1. With Gail Simone writing, Ardian Syaf drawing, and Adam Hughes on covers, it should be nothing short of amazing.
