Supreme Court case Schwarzenegger vs. EMA has begun, and Joystiq has a great recap of the case and what it means to you. Gamers must check it out.
Much less important things in gaming also happened.
- The new Xbox dashboard came out. The general consensus seems to be that it's faster and sleeker, but too bright and dense. I tend to agree, all the white hurts my eyes. The large features also block out my awesome Fallout 3 premium theme.
- Xbox Live Gold Memberships rose to $60. Their reasoning is that they have added more content, such as ESPN.
- If you want that incredibly sexy new Xbox controller for less you can get it at Buy.com for $52. As awesome as it looks, I fear the gray buttons would screw with mini-games. Imagine playing the lute in Fable III without being able reinforce your knowledge that the A button is the green one.
- Okamiden is coming out in March. Exciting news for huge Okami fans.
I really need to pick up the tech for taking screenshots/videos of my TV. The camera just isn't doing it.
